Day 1
Baku (Transfer):
Arrival to Baku International Airport named after Heydar Aliyev, Travels & Booking guided transfer to hotel, check in and registration.
Day 2
Baku (city tour):
Firstly, we will start our tour program by visiting Highlands Park in Baku.
You will enjoy a beautiful view looking modern and old Baku city and the Flame Tower, especially Caspian Sea from the Highlands Park. Highlands Park is located in the highest point of Baku city.
After completion our trip in Highlands, we will direct to old Baku where the maiden tower is located. Maiden Tower is considered is one of the most popular touristic destinations in Azerbaijan. This tower has a total height of 29.7 meters with diameter of 16.5 meters. Maiden Tower was built in the 12th century by architect Masud Ibn Davud.
Old city (Icherisheher) State Historical Architectural Reserve is a rare pearl of ancient cultural heritage of the Azerbaijani people. Therefore it is considered as source of pride of every Azerbaijani too. Old city is the historical center of ancient Baku. The area of Old city is 22,1 hectares. By the way, 1300 families live in this Old city.
There are historical bazaars and antiques containing handmade carpets in Old city. Today, It is very difficult to determine the exact age of this city by our ancestors. Archaeological excavations revealed that the territory of Icherisheher was inhabited in the Bronze Age during 8th – 11th centuries. It had a dynamic urban life with flourishing crafts and trade. Icherisheher has a number of significant historical monuments such as the Palace of the Shirvanshahs (12-15th centuries and the Mosque of Muhammed (11th century), as well as state-protected medieval.
When we complete old city tour, we will direct to one of the best restaurants in Baku for meal. Then go back to the hotel for some rest.
Day 3
Guba tour:
Breakfast at the hotel, trip to Guba city, trip to the Qachrash that are famous with beautiful nature, forests, river and waterfalls, little rest on the beautiful hill that there are mountain and forests around, trip to the forest and big waterfall that locate in the mountain, returning to Baku at the same day.
Day 4
Gabala tour:
Breakfast at the hotel, trip to Gabala (distance about 220 km from Baku to Gabala). Gabala is one of the oldest cities in Azerbaijan. This district was the capital of ancient Albania state. It is one of the tourism destinations. On the way of Gabala, we will visit suspension bridge is located in Ismayilli city. Trip to cabelway above big forest and mountains (cableway trip goes up at a height of 2011 meters from the sea level), the rest around Gabala Lake, Boat trip on the lake, going to Gabala Land Entertainment Park (There are beautiful forests, rivers, mountains and waterfalls in this city.
Day 5
Shopping tour:
Breakfast at the hotel, go to shopping tour (Ganjlik mall or 28 mall, free time, returning to the hotel
Day 6
Departure:
Breakfast at the hotel, check out, transfer to airport, departure to the homeland.
